Welcome to Deag's Food Truck and Catering

To our amazing guests, 

After 336,966 eggs and 124,800 pounds of potatoes it is with great sadness that we are announcing Deags will be closing its doors after 5 years on March 26th. This will be our final day as a brick and mortar but not the end of Deags. We have decided not to renew our lease here but Joe will continue working the food truck and catering. He will be working out of the Easton Country Club booking catering events and getting the food truck prepped for parties. 

Deags Local Diner started as a pipe dream we had sitting around wondering if we could really do this. The late Yianni Davos made that dream happen. He gave a young family with hopes and dreams of opening up their own diner a chance. We successfully got it up and going in 2 months and started this amazing journey. 

We had taken over what was previously here and had to earn the trust of our new customers. We started off slow but before we knew it, it was becoming something more than we had hoped for. 

We have had the pleasure of meeting some incredible people throughout the years. The great relationships that have been built. The faces and families that have become regulars. The loyal guests who have become like family that have supported us from the beginning. We had been blessed to survive these last couple years with the help of all of you. We have been fortunate to have employed great staff who have helped build Deags to where it is today. We are forever grateful for all you have done to help make this place such a success. It is you that our guests come back to see. Your smiling faces that made it a welcoming friendly place to be. It is not goodbye but see you soon. 

It has been with great pleasure to have serviced and fed all of you these last 5 years.
